Senior Business Analyst

A high quality SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST is required to join a complex project environment for one of our key clients in Sydney's CBD to be responsible for ensuring that policies, business processes and strategic decision making activities are planned and in place. Also to ensure adequate business process change analysis and support financial analysis.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 7 + years in a similar role and strong stakeholder management skills across multiple organisations, particularly in the context of organisational change.
- High academic achiever with post graduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Data modelling eg. financial and or cost/benefits analysis.
- Strategic decision support through policy, business impact and financial analysis.
- Effective business documentation, such as reports, briefings, presentations and options papers.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A self motivated and self driven person that can provide high level of quality in their work and documentation.
- Effective verbal communications skills, particularly in the context of stakeholder engagement and consultation, with the ability to convey complex concepts succinctly.
