Senior Business Analyst

Business requirements scoping, analysis and documentation.

- Design and documentation of process workflows and procedures.
- Update and maintain project documentation on a Microsoft SharePoint project site while adhering to in-house Prince2-derived documentation standards.
- Generation of programming specifications.
- Test case planning.
- Issues and change management.
- User and stakeholder liaison.
- Generation of accurate and timely status reporting.

Each proposed Business Analyst must be capable of performing the Services and should meet the following requirements:

- Significant experience providing business analyst services in the financial services sector.
- Experience of working as a business analyst in treasury management and dealing systems.
- Experience of working in large multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of the internal structures and functions of wholesale financial institutions, including compliance and audit functions.
- Knowledge of mainstream financial debt instruments such as swaps, deposits, bonds and short-term and medium-term paper
- A third-level qualification in a numerate discipline, or equivalent.
- Prince2 Practitioner certification or an equivalent project management methodology certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project.
