Senior Business Analyst

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - HALIFAX - £450 PER DAY

Our client, a leading Retail Bank, is seeking an interim Senior Business Analyst to lead an exciting programme delivering new Card products offerings. You will define key operational processes for new payment products and other scheme initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Supporting the project team in identifying and documenting key business process flows to support digital wallet payment products and other debit scheme initiatives.
- Ensure a common understanding of the business needs and the project deliverables within the context of debit cards and payments
- Co-ordinate and contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, documentation and training materials
- Manage business requirements and produce process models
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables
- Develop and maintains effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues in own and other business units, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and effectively managed
- Assist in the review of project documentation that is produced (eg Feasibility Studies, Functional Specifications)
- Assist with the management of the IT relationship and relationships with Third Party suppliers to ensure development is completed to the required specification, within timescales and to agreed budget

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Debit card and/or electronic payments knowledge
- Ideally E-commerce experience
- Strong analytical and presentational skills, comfortable working independently to self-determined deadlines

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE WORKED ON CARDS OR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS PROJECT WITHIN A RETAIL BANK.
