Senior Business Analyst/ Architect lead- Investment Bank

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a top Investment Bank as a Senior Architect/ Business Analyst in a high initiative department, joining a well established team that is implementing one of the biggest systems across the tier one bank. The Finance IT team are going through a great amount of expansion and growth at the moment to support the services that are provided on a global basis.

This is permanent senior position. They are looking to offer very competitive salaries for this position.

The aim of this system once built will to be standardising the data and reports across the system to deliver coherent and consistent data across the board. This role will include responsibilities of leading the technical analysts who are heavily involved in creating and enhancing the design. Other duties and accountabilities will be to validate all requirements both business and functional, working closely in line with the architects acting as a point of contact for all issues and developments as well as being involved in the sign off and testing through the different stages of the project. This role is heavily technical based with a solid understanding of the analysis.

Key skills

- Technical Architect experience
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- Experience working on large scale IT development projects
- Excellent UML knowledge
- Preferably experience with Enterprise Architect tool
- Knowledge of Finance IT and working in Back Office
- Investment Banking experience
