Senior Business Analyst

A Senior Business Analyst is required to join one of our key clients in Sydney's CBD to be responsible for reviewing current state business processes and ensure the development and documentation of the desired "To Be" processes meets the change for new business situation to support the required activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Look at current business requirements and lead the documentation for "as is" and "to be processes
- Identify gaps and impacts of process change
- Developing process metrics for monitoring and reporting

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong Government/Public Sector/Corporate Services experience is a must
- SAP experience highly regarded
- Change Management experience as a Business Analyst in process investigation, gap analysis and current management and implementing new processes
- Demonstrated ability to write documents using business terminology
- Experience with researching/gathering requirements
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
