Senior Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst with formal Pegasystems certification to join a large scale project. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and articulate communication skills and be resourceful, reliable and professional.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT - Work with an agile delivery team and business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are accounted for (occasional BA work in a traditional/waterfall environment may be required from time to time).
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT - Support all business aspects related to the solution
- including requirements, testing, training and implementation activities.
- TESTING - Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans and test cases to
- ensure smooth transition into training and deployment phase.
- TRAINING - Lead or assist with training task analysis, training preparation and training
- execution.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - Drive continuous improvement of processes and
- deliverables to establish an efficient and effective approach to business analysis in an
- agile environment.
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT - Build and sustain positive working relationships with project
- stakeholders, including client, end users, IT and service providers.

TECHNICAL SELECTION CRITERIA:

- A FORMAL CERTIFICATION FROM PEGASYSTEMS, such as a PRPC Business Systems Architect
- Tertiary qualification(s) in computer systems engineering, computer science or other relevant profession
- A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE of working as a business architect or senior
- business analyst IN AN AGILE ENVIRONMENT.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in agile delivery methodologies, PREFERABLY SCRUM.
- Demonstrated skills and experience of leading the business analysis activities within a
- Pegasystems team to build business systems.
