Senior Business Analyst

The Company
Senior Business Analyst opportunity with a well known retailer based in Sydney's West. This is a long term opportunity working on an E-commerce project.

The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst your responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrating an understanding of user needs and business outcomes approach
- Supporting stakeholders through a large scale change
- Working across multiple business and IT teams, as well as senior management

Required Skills and Experience
As a passionate and skilled Senior Business Analyst, you will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience working as a BA in a retail environment
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with Retail Point of Sales IT systems
- Experience in working with Agile development methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong negotiation capabilities
- Sound administrative skills, good analytical and reporting abilities
