Our client is seeking a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST to assist the Project Manager to complete the software procurement for Debt Collection and subsequent implementation.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst working on a similar project
- Strong financial understanding
- Working knowledge of Debt Collection processes
- Extensive experience in Business process modelling (BPMN preferred)
- Excellent communication and Change Management skills
- Proven experience in Procurement processes - RFQ's, Evaluation, RFT
- Proven experience with facilitating Software Proof of Concept and Pilots
- Strong documentation skills
