Senior Business Analyst

THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST TO JOIN A LARGE PROGRAM IN A 12 MONTH CONTRACT.

You will use your functional expertise to assist with process design and decisions within the ERP program and you will become the ERP Program advisor for their relevant functional area of

WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY, with a sound understanding of the ERP Program plan, scope, objectives and approach.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a business analyst within their nominated functional area of Work Health and Safety (including process knowledge of Workers Comp and Claims, Incident Management, Workplace Inspections, Risk Assessments and Fit for Work monitoring), within a large scale integrated ERP environment.

You should have experience leading and implementing business process changes across a multi-system landscape and experience in documenting process models (ARIS experience preferred).

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with key stakeholders from across the business.
