Senior Business Analyst

THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST TO JOIN A LARGE, CBD BASED, HIGH PROFILE PROJECT IN THEIR IMPLEMENTATION & GO LIVE TEAM.

As the Senior Business Analyst on the team you will:

- Analyse underlying issues arising from investigations into the implementation the solution, and identify options for consideration
- Prepare reports and concept papers
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide suggestions into the planning and implementation phase
- Maintains a map of the solution and customer rollout

The successful candidate must have worked in a complex project environment, and demonstrate Agile problem solving skills and techniques and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with auditing of IT services and processes
- Experience with release management and controls
- Experience in project implementation, deployment planning and operational readiness
- Excellent communication skills
- Good facilitation and negotiation skills

This is an initial 6 month contract, requiring a start as soon as possible.
