Senior Business Analyst

ACT LOCATION

IMMEDIATE START

CONTRACT UNTIL DECEMBER 2012

Our Government client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a period of 3 months with an option to extend until 30 January 2012.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience.

MANDATORY:

- Proven experience in delivering successful strategic outcomes for government agencies.
- At least 6 years experience as a senior business analyst with substantial ICT Projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships with senior staff members, peers and other contacts.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in defining non-functional requirements at a whole-of-enterprise level.
- Demonstrated liaison and negotiation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level written communication skills.

DESIRABLE:

- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of enterprise architecture.
- Experience in the more technical aspects of an ICT environment, such as code development, production support, service delivery or infrastructure management.
- Experience in the use of modelling tools, especially Holocentric
