Senior Bss&oss Marketing Manager

1 Responsibilities:

- Responsible to enhance the competitiveness of company BSS solutions, leveraging the latest BIG data technologies and best practices. He must understand the industry trend in the big data domain, the latest market status, the customer requirements and the competition situation. His job is to cooperate with architecture design team and build a competitive Big Data solution in the telecom area.
- The output of this position including business plan of company BSS products using big data technologies, market strategy including target market and market selection criteria, business mode designing and pricing strategy will be applied in the market, analyzed key business requirement and roadmap.
- The key activities of this position including communicate with company's key accounts, understand their pain points in the business operations; identify those can be solved by Big Data technology; develop the charter (business plan) ; communicate with high level management, and finally lead the new product and solution to market success.
- Participate in the go-to-market activities associated with the big data related product and solution release, including marketing material development and marketing activities.

2 Requirement for candidates:

a. Experience:

6+ years of work experience in big data domain, and it's better to have the telecom experience at the same time.

Participated in big data projects for business solution design, and it is a big plus if he participated a full cycle of a proven successful product, including customer requirement analysis, business plan development, product design and go-to-market.

b. Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of the market situation of Big Data. He should also understand the competition, business model and customer requirements in telecom domain regarding Big Data.

Deep understanding of Big Data technology trend, he must at least understand well the hot words like Hadoop, Hive, HBase, MPP, and how those techniques may help the telecom business.

Excellent requirement analysis capability for understanding customer requirement.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
