Senior Big Manager/Experience Program Manager

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- You will operate in an international and multi company bid-team with responsibility for bid company scope of work where this bid is part of the global consortium bid.
- You are responsible for producing and submitting a completed bid, on time and within budget.
- You ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the consortium has given itself the best possible chance of success while defending the company interests.
- You are quick on your feet, assertive yet tactful in motivating other members of a bid team to produce a successful submission.
- Time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines, problem management and work with minimal supervision are important; so are leadership and team work.
- You will have to cope with a substantial amount of responsibility, remain calm under sometimes severe pressure, and be able to read and interpret instructions carefully.
- Listen to other people's views while having confidence in your own convictions and express your own opinions well.
- You need to deal with complex business relationships and manage and follow-up multiple resources in different locations/countries to deliver a strong, winning case to the prospective client.
- Presentations to clients being part of the job, you should also be an articulate, confident speaker (Dutch/French/English).
- Strong written communication skills are equally essential (Dutch).
- Experience with (Belgian) public tenders is an advantage; some experience with IT related-projects & -service delivery is needed
