Montash are engaged with an innovative client situated near Den Bosch, to secure a Senior Big Data Engineer to join an already established Digital Data team.

THE ROLE: Senior Big Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Big Data Engineer, who can bring new ideas and challenge the internal processes and improve procedures and tooling. In this position you will be working as an innovator and thought leader in the Digital Data space helping transform the business.

As a Senior Big Data Engineer you will be working in a team which are accountable for applying data mining methods, statistical analysis and building models to test efficiency in real production environments. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS SENIOR BIG DATA ENGINEER POSITION:

- Programming: Python/Scala/R
- Big Data: Spark/MongoDB/DynamoDB/Hadoop
-Cloud Exposure: AWS/S3
- Oracle/MS SQL Server
- Agile

With strong technical capabilities, you must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
