Senior Avaloq Business Analyst (m/f)

high-end experts in IT and finance to renowned companies.

For our client we are currently looking for a:

SENIOR AVALOQ BUSINESS ANALYST (M/F)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start: ASAP or on agreement
Duration: 12 months

Volume: Full time

Languages: English (must), German (nice-to-have)

Skill requirements:

- Very good skills and experience in Avaloq parameterization
- Sound experience in Avaloq CRM (or Cost & Fee) area
- Avaloq certification
- Technical know-how in operating systems, databases and applications
- PL/SQL, Oracle skills
- Product understanding
- Background in financial industry
- Soft skills: strong communication skills, good team player (multinational team)

Main tasks:

- Business analysis, specifications, implementation, parametrization in CRM (or alternatively Cost & Fee) area
- Campaign management (CRM role)
- Incident management, Service management, Testing
- Stakeholder management, user support and consulting
