Job Title: Sr Automation Validation Engineer (Powershell, Perl, Shell Scripting)
Hourly Rate: $54/hr on W2
Location: Hillsboro, OR (97124)
Duration: 9 Months w/option to extend
Years of Experience & Expertise Level: 2-3 years

Project Description:
-Validation engineer responsible for build automation and automated testing of Insider media techonologies.

Daily Responsibilities:
-Validation software for multi media player being created.

Necessary Skills:
- Strong Scripting experience with .NET Powershell, Perl/python/Shell Scripting.
- Experience with build automation with tools like Team City, Ant, Cruise Control or MS Build
- Experience with Scripting on Windows and Linux environments
- Strong system knowledge of the PC platform and peripherals.
- System Administration and networking experience on Windows and Linux
- Experience with Software Validation life cycle with experience using bug tracking tools like PVCS, Bugzilla.
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Must be an able to communicate results and have strong troubleshooting skills

Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Audio/Video playback codecs, like H.264, AVCHD, WMV is plus.
