Senior Architect - Purchase Price Fixing

SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT - We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect with strong knowledge of Securities and/or Tax Knowledge (eg Corporate Actions), as well as solid technical skills.

DESCRIPTION:

- Strong know how especially for designing a sustainable strategic Purchase Price Fixing solution
- Alignment of application architecture with relevant standards and tax target architecture and other affected areas
- Integration of the Purchas Prices Solution into the client tax reporting and calculation are
- Strong design and system architecture know how, 10 years + experience
- Design of an strategic solution with breakdown into implementable packages
- Design and coordination of work packages
- Responsible for documentation of all Solution Architect relevant artifacts (eg Software Architecture Document)

DELIVERABLES:

- Delivers all necessary design and specification documents (eg System Context Diagram)
- Software Application Document, Program Specification, Change Code Description etc.) for the offshore partner for any requirements for TaxRep
- Lead implementation of defined components
- Strong Securities and/or Tax Knowledge (eg Corporate Actions) is an advantage
- Expert in solution architecture and design
