The candidate will be responsible as a DC setup architect for:
- the design of the future mode of operation (DC layout, DC management processes, etc.)
- the physical setup of the DC, and the DR collocation
- the logical infrastructure setup (systems management infrastructure, etc.)
Skills:
Strong architectural and technical background is required in the following areas (at least 10 years of relevant experiences):
- Enterprise architecture
- DC design and setup
- IT infrastructure
- Systems management
- Service management
Ziel des Projekts:
The aim of the program is to consolidate three datacenters into a single new one hostet by one global DC provider.
The two major work streams are 1. the setup of the target DC infrastructure and 2. the preparation and execution of the application moves in to the new location.
