Senior Architect Consultant - ITSM Expert

IT Alliance are looking for a senior architect to help our client to consolidate and transform the service management monitoring to significantly lower the number of service effective incidents, speed up response and resolution times, monitor key customer journeys and implement a holistic health dashboard and reporting system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking thought leadership, advisory and consulting from seasoned Service Management professional(s) who will:

Assess current architecture, tooling and processes/practices.
Recommend the future architecture and options.
Define the roadmap/plan to achieve the stated end state.
Support our client to develop the rationale and business case for transformation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Senior consultant, with gravitas and hands on experience of designing and implementing service management architectures.
Expert knowledge of Service Management tooling, processes and organisation design.
Has a good appreciation and experience from engagements in the communications service providers and understand key service delivery.
Commercial skills to develop robust and reasoned business case.
Possesses the initiative to lead the project directly with the client.
