Senior Architect and Technician

Eden Brown is recruiting for a Senior Architect and a Senior Technician with extensive high end luxury residential or hotel experience. You will be joining an international practise of architects and interior design specialists who design and deliver commercial projects throughout the UK and overseas. You will be fitting into a professional and dynamic team. With their work covering a vast range of sectors from offices, interiors, retail, hotels, residential, education and masterplanning.

They are looking for a Senior Architect and a Senior Technician to work on a contract bases (with a possibility to go permanent) which would run for either 4 weeks or 8 weeks depending on the project. This will be dependant upon the project running to the set time scale.

Essentials:
-Either extensive luxury hotel or luxury residential knowledge.
-AutoCAD proficiency
-Ability to produce CAD drawings quickly and efficiently.
-Decent technical capability to develop packages under the directions from the team and package leaders.

They are looking for someone to start ASAP. Salary is dependant upon experience.
