THE ROLE:
- Diagnose Customer issues.
- Manage Escalations.
- Integration of new application platforms.
- Work on Projects to improve support Processes (white papers, bulletins).
- Take responsibility and drive for resolution.
- Provide technical consultation.
- Debug our customer's complex technical issues.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- SOAP specifications and preferably hands on working experience with SOAP protocols.
- Internet communication protocols and related standards (HTTP/S/CA,FTP,SSH) Mail Servers (SMTP, POP3)
- Single sign-on
- Databases Any one of - MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL
- Some knowledge in one of the following - Ruby On Rails, Python or Perl would be great.
- Experience in Unix Scripting
