Senior Application Project Leader (Econtent Syndication)

For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:

ECONTENT SYNDICATION SENIOR APPLICATION PROJECT LEADER

to manage & coordinate the Design and Build of our client's eContent syndication solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Managing the version 1 and 2 of the Digital Content Syndication with participation from multiple markets.
- Ensure the sustain activities of the solution are providing a proper level of service to the end Users.
- Establish & manage the necessary governance with the project sponsor, process leader, and operational steering, Lighthouse markets so that key decisions, issue escalation, and communication occur throughout the life of the project.
- Hold regular governance meetings with all stakeholders & publish weekly, monthly project status updates.
- Responsible for Project Management Deliverables (Project charter, deliverable based work breakdown structure, plan, issues list).
- Accountable for Project Deliverables and Project Budget.
- Manages Project's risks, quality and procurement.
- Responsible of the governance of project changes to ensure all project scope changes supported by approved change requests and necessary plan and budget adjustments.
- Manage planning, and regular communication with functional/technical stakeholders.
- Manage contract and day to day relationship with 3rd party suppliers and internal support team. Provide them clear guidelines/instructions.
- Understand the functional and technical aspects of the solution.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- WORKING EXPERIENCE AS AN APPLICATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT on large projects in international organisations with a disciplined overview of priorities and technical integrations.
- FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGN SKILLS with international mind-set and digital, ECONTENT PROJECTS.
- Successful delivery of several end to end application deployment projects.
- PMP CERTIFICATION & EXCELLENT MICROSOFT PROJECT SKILLS.
- Experience in delivering successful digital IT projects as well as in dealing with Retailers business.
- VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ECONTENT BRAND SOLUTION AND DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT.
- Knowledge of Product information Management.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2016 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN VEVEY. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
