Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities REGARDING Cognos:
Installation Cognos
According to proven practices
Overview of Cognos products
Understanding Application Architecture i.c.m. infrastructure

Administrator tasks:
Restarting Services
Clean up and manage the Cognos environment/content store
Users staging and managing legal structure
Deployment by DTAP through

Operation:
Establish management
Transfer management
Scheduling of jobs in Cognos
Monitors
Interpreting Cognos logs
Solving production problems

Tasks and responsibilities REGARDING QlikView:
Administrator tasks:
Management of existing QlikView own environments, this includes QlikView scripts, reports, batch scripts, security and monitoring of loading processes.
Coaching and training of internal management organization
Maintain and provide documentation

Operation:
Develop new QlikView reports
Implement and guiding changes in unlocking new sources or modified sources
Giving demos and training to customers of GDI.
Realizing Pilots/Proof of concepts to customers of GDI.
Guiding the customers of GDI in determining their information needs.
Assisting the internal organization in the further development of the Qlikview service.

Duties and responsibilities regarding other BI Tools
Oracle: Support for various management and development programs during the holidays of other employees.
Oracle: Support for various management and development projects, when a lower capacity arises.
SSIS: Cognos The area connects to a Microsoft data warehouse, which was built with SSIS. The administrator does not have to build SSIS, but cooperating with relevant DBAs to change one of the tasks.

To this end, you have knowledge and experience with QlikView and Cognos (from design to implementation, and analysis and management).
