Senior Application Engineer VBA and BW (80-100%)

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

SENIOR APPLICATION ENGINEER VBA AND BW (80-100%)

PROJECT:

SAP BI Developer working with Finance Business Planning.
You will be part of the team developing a global planning tool and the financials for the business plan and target setting, driving the supporting processes across Pharma Regions and Functions.

TASKS:

- Develop highly formatted resource & cost reporting graphs or corresponding reporting tool (pdfs & Powerpoint) based on SAP BW Queries as Back End and SAP BO Analysis Office as Front End with high quantity of VBA customizations
- Download of excel/ppt/pdfs for further distribution to business partners and to add notes/comments/textboxes
- Self-service customization of reports with filters
- Possibility to manually add/enter data that is currently not in any system (targets for HC or Costs)
- Access right control to graphs according to role within reports for different group of users

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years' experience as SAP Business Intelligence (BW) Analyst
- At least 1.5 years or 2 full projects solid experience SAP BO Analysis Office - 1.4 and VBA using SAP APIs with customizing ribbons, besides formatting and general VBA advanced scripts (hands-on)
- SAP BW Authorizations needed for queries and selection filters
- Design and develop at least 3 years of SAP Dashboard especially last years with SAP BO Design Studio - 1.4 with advanced Scripting and add-on components, with complex queries and dynamic selections is a plus
