Senior Application Development Consultant

My IT Consultancy client, are on the lookout for a Senior Application Development Consultant on an initial 12 month contract.

My client is looking for an excellent IT Consultant with extensive experience in Application Development processes, methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle and Operating Models.

The role will entail:
*Defining, documenting and implementing Software Development Life Cycle processes and procedures,
*Defining recommended development methodologies for delivering the projects and activities according to their scope, complexity, budget, risk and duration
*Setting up a governance process that allows smooth transition through the phases and gates
*Supporting the overall implementation project and roll out of the operating model.

This is not a hands-on Development role and will suit someone with extensive application development experience who is skilled in rolling out development methods/approaches or improving how people develop software.

This role will be based in The Hague 4-5 days a week.
