IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop and design new solutions for future mobile communication antenna systems
-Work on the complete design process from concept finding to engineering prototypes in close cooperation with antenna engineering, mechanical engineering and material & process experts
-Find new solutions and adapt interesting solutions from other industries

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor or higher degree engineering (RF engineering), PhD is a plus
-Profound working experience in antenna RF system engineering positions
-Deep understanding on cellular antenna systems
-Excellent understanding of complex system architecture, components and requirements
-Curious and willing to challenge existing solutions with innovative technology concepts
-Excellent methodical problem solving skills
-Fully proficient in Matlab and electromagnetic 3D simulation tools (HFSS preferred)
-Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python is a plus
-Familiar with GSM/WCDMA/LTE 3GPP standards
-Familiar with RF measurement systems
-Able to work under pressure in a time constrained and deadline driven environment
-Fluent in English with great intercultural social and communication skills, ability to work in international teams
-Objective and self critical
-Prepared for occasional travel in Europe and globally
