Senior Antenna Design Specialist

Looking for a technical leader with an extensive background in telecom antenna with RF systems modelling, design, verification and development. The candidate is expected to lead and participate in the design and development of prototype RF/antenna systems. Initially the candidate will work on multiple existing programs of research including antenna arrays for MIMO applications, wideband antennas for small cell base stations novel materials and technologies for enhanced low volume and low profile antenna systems. The essential skills of the candidate include experience in electromagnetic design (specifically in antenna), experience in design to minimize PIM and a familiarity with standard numerical analysis and design tools such as CST Microwave Studio or Ansoft HFSS is required. 8+ years experience in a product development/innovation environment along with hands-on experience measuring and characterizing antenna performance both outdoors and in anechoic chambers is preferred. Good written and spoken English as working language, and experience of working in research organisations (or at Universities) is appreciated also.
