Senior Analytics Manager/SAS/Teradata/Big Data/Consumer Finance

My client, a Big 4 UK Bank, requires a Senior Analytics Manager to lead the newly created Customer Analytics team in identifying new opportunities and drive spend growth and improve levels of customer retention.

The successful Senior Analytics Manager will have previous experience developing and implementing the strategic direction of the client and have significant experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata and Big Data Warehouse Solutions. In addition, you will require Portfolio Analysis experience including churn management, pricing and product analytics experience.

The Senior Analytics Manager will meet the following criteria:

Over 5 years experience within a Customer Analytics team

Significant experience using SAS, SQL and Teradata

Promotion of a customer-centric culture within Consumer Finance

Manager multiple workstreams to meet strategic business goals

Ability to build analytical frameworks

Portfolio Analysis experience including pricing, churn management and Product Analytics
