SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER

Are you an experienced Analytics Consultant? Do you have experience of working in Financial Services?

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to recruit and experienced Analytics Consultant to be responsible for delivering market leading activity analytics that have a direct contribution and improvement to the performance of Distribution.

Your key deliverables would be;

- To own the development, management and continuous improvement of the Distribution and channel scorecards
- To own the development of the analytical framework that will enable them to effectively identify improvements in performance across all scorecard measures
- To lead the engagement with the channel leads to recommend remedial actions and to implement activity to improve differential colleague or channel performance
- To lead the in depth analysis and evaluation of campaigns, determining whether the aims and goals were achieved and providing insight and recommendations on how future campaigns could be improved
- To own the development, management and continuous improvement of customer and product funnels that drive activity across the customer facing channels
- To provide specialist analysis of the customer and product funnels to identify root cause of why funnels are under performing or over performing against expectations
- To provide Trading Committee support and challenge to the Distribution Leadership team and Core Bank Trading committee to support business decisions
- To manage the key relationships with Business Intelligence around the provision of required MI and BI

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

- Thorough knowledge of UK banking industry, competition, commercials and regulation activity
- Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills
- Excellent insight skills
- Ability to interpret data into meaningful outputs for senior stakeholders
- Ability to influence and proactively contribute to the annual business planning process and subsequent re-forecasting exercises

LOCATION - NORTH WEST

RATE - UP TO £550.00 PER DAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
