Senior Analytical Development Scientist

Analytical Development Scientist - Senior wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- MSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry or a equivalent field, preferably with professional analytical experience in the biotechnology industry
- Competency of physicochemical protein characterization techniques, foremost chromatography, electrophoresis and mass spectrometry as well as analytical instrumentation
- Critical and objective assessment of results and scientific information
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Conducting physico-chemical analysis and characterization of therapeutic proteins
- Supervising and monitoring of analytical tasks such as characterization and comparability testing of proteins
- Performing non-GMP stability studies and analytical method development
- Supporting the preparation of the analytical sections of CMC dossiers as well as writing of analytical reports
