Senior Analyst Risk & Control

For our international client we are looking for a Senior Analyst Risk & Control. The role offers an attractive hourly rate of €70.

Skills & Background

Has a deep understanding of all stages of Information Security Framework Development.
Is able to plan, schedule and monitor work, within set targets, for several dedicated teams.
Comfortable working with complex, ambiguous and incomplete information.
Able to lead through influence rather than hierarchy, across organizational boundaries
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
Able to operate in virtual global environment.
Is effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.

About the role

Conduct risk assessments in highly complex situations and recommend controls and actions to mitigate risk.

Recommend, in addition to the baseline controls, further controls that mitigate unacceptrable risk levels.

Challenge the Business to ensure clear and realistic assessments are made of the impact of information risks and hence determine the appropriate level of risk appetite in different Business areas.
Provide authoritative advice on the application and operation of all types of controls.
Actively participate in external discussions on IRM topics, build a network of contacts. Network with Senior R&C Analysts in other businesses to share experiences and learnings.
Perform deficiency analysis and propose improvements and remediation's, including needs for awareness and skills training for own staff and IT Delivery staff. Track remediation action plans.
