Senior Analyst - Resource Scheduling - Forecasting - SLA's - KPI's - Customer Service 

PTS's Client a Leading Financial Institute are seeking a Senior Analyst to work within their Procurement Service Centre. The purpose of the role is to ensure the Day to day scheduling of resourcing and forecasting of all requests and calls to achieve their targeted SLA and KPI's. To coach and develop the team so that they have knowledge of Real Time' expectations and do not appear on the exceptions report. Also to support and deliver the quality of customer Service that would promote and reinforce our Centre of excellence status. 

People Management skills are essential as the need to be a team player is key to this opportunity and with a need to be financially aware is a desirable requirement. The client is looking for an excellent communicator and someone who has the ability to influence team members and who ideally would like to move into a Team Leader role in the future.
