Position Overview:
Responsible for working with project managers to conduct research and analyses for either business unit with minimal direction. The types of projects will include payer research, pricing research, environmental analyses, database studies, dossiers, literature reviews, and economic models. As a senior analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate and complete standard work products, and will assist in client presentations of both completed projects and new business opportunities.
Position Description:
Research and Analyses
* Conduct primary and secondary research to fulfill content for Global Value Dossiers, Payer Insights, Economic Modeling, Database Studies, Opportunity Assessments and other projects.
* Develop ad hoc analyses for each business unit.
* Complete project deliverables as assigned by project managers.
* Provide information and analyses for proposal development and business planning.
* Enhance and maintain templates.
* Create and maintain agendas and meeting summaries. Monitor completion of actions items for the recurring business planning and strategy meetings.
Experience: 3 + years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices or related industry with 2 + years in Health Economics or Market Access and Pricing and Reimbursement is required. Understanding global health care payer systems and health technology assessments is preferred. Experience building spreadsheets and presentations is required; proficiency with Power Point, Excel, Word, conducting reviews of scientific literature, strong writing, analytic ability and communication skills are required. Experience with SAS, STATA, and / or developing economic models is strongly desirable.
Education: BS Degree required in public health or a life science-related field. Post graduate degree preferred.
