Senior Analyst, London - Fixed Term Contract

SENIOR ANALYST, LONDON - FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Our financial services client has a new opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join their Strategic Finance Team, playing a part in the formulation and execution of strategy through the provision of financial analysis, advise on technical accounting matters and communication of key messages relating to the transaction activity.

Responsibilities will include: -  

- Support projects from initial data collection, analysis and challenge, through to creating final deliverables for each stage as required
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and business valuations to support the financial business case for transactions
- Coordinate relevant financial expertise to ensure all financial risks and impacts are rigorously assessed across the Group
- Assist with the development and review of transaction documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to proposed transactions

To be considered for this role you must have previous knowledge of banking financial drivers and key performance indicators and have a Corporate Finance experience.

Previous experience should include Report writing and ideally you will have Regulatory/Statutory background (ideal not essential)
