We are urgently recruiting for an English & French speaking Senior Analyst Developer to join our large European client located in Brussels in Belgium. This is a long term contract lasting over three (3) years. Our client is in the public sector.

Your experience:
You will possess at least 24 years' experience overall, and 15 years in the specific domain of Information Systems Architecture, using SOA in a J2EE environment.
Expert level knowledge in the following areas:
- Architecture of the information systems with a focus on Interoperability
- WebLogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus, Java EE technologies
Description of tasks:
Task 1:
Assistance with the conception, design and assessment of Information Systems architecture, including in particular their SOA-based interoperability
Task 2:
Expert advice and coaching on the Information Systems architecture and technologies
Task 3:
Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to the area of expertise presented as proof of concepts through the life cycle of the project.
The technology environment is as follows:
- The portal will rely on HTML5, AJAX framework such as bootstrap, REST web services.
- Interoperability is achieved based on SOA principles and Oracle Service Bus.
- The development is adhering to the Java-based client reference architecture based on spring, spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate, JAX- AS, and JSF.
- Data is stored in Oracle Database 11g.
- Development is based on Rational Unified Process and the Rational Tools (eg Team Concert, Software Modeller, Software Architect and Requisite Pro).
- Architecture of the information systems with a focus on Interoperability
