Senior Analyst - Application Technology & Operations-Unica

- The Technical support analyst is responsible for supporting the Unica Campaign, Unica Interact & SOP systems administration.
- This role will liaise with business operations on a daily basis and be highly integrated with their daily operations support of Prod and Pre-Prod environments
- This role must have knowledge and hands on experience with UNIX/Linux, Teradata & Oracle databases.
- This role must have extensive knowledge and hands on experience with Testing and QA Methodologies

RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - UNICA INTERACT ANALYST:

- Unica Interact & Unica
- Campaign Systems Administration is a big plus
- 3+ years hands on experience with Oracle and/or Teradata Database, Unix/Linux
- Strong understanding of test case design
- Understanding of Performance testing a plus
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design
- Experience providing Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support
- Strong understanding of CRM/Campaign Management
- Strong Communication Skills
