Senior Analyst

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Senior analyst for contract in Zurich Switzerland.

Requirements:

- Senior analyst with solid background in project portfolio management or performance management; Business track record of minimum 5 years; experience in banking sector is a clear asset
- Understanding of management reportingComfortable with monthly peaks in effort related to the reporting cycle; Ability to clearly guide and motivate the remote operational teams
- A great affinity for numbers; deep understanding of project portfolio finance; accounting and finance exposure from a business controlling perspective is a clear asset
- Excellent analytical skills; Able to recognize trends and distill the most relevant insights for management; Ability to work in great detail while able to extract and express macro level management summaries at the same time; established track record in tackling complex oversight tasks as well as executing initiatives in the context of a large organization
- Excellent communication skills in written English required; Solid presentation capabilities. Experience with management summaries required. Using appropriate finance and business language concisely to communicate performance results to senior audience is key
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to enable effective and solutions-oriented discussion with various stakeholders within the Bank; Very customer oriented; proactive and dedicated to timely delivery
- Extremely steep learning curve; comfortable with complexity; able to work in parallel on diverse topics from different angles; consulting background a clear plus
- Profound MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Ideally with additional knowledge of CA Clarity and SQL databases
