SENIOR ANALOG DESIGN ENGINEER (M/F)

DUTIES:

- Definition, design, verification, and documentation for IC development.
- Determines architecture partitioning, logic and transistor-level design, verification and system simulation.
- Evaluates and takes part in all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis or schematic capture, layout, power and size estimations, packaging and reliability.
- Defines test and qualification strategy, identifies and recommends equipments and software to conduct experimental tests and evaluates results.
- Accountability for complete product verification and production test support.
- Takes part in the design, layout and test operations.
- Works closely with Application Engineers and Marketing team for new products specifications. Estimate resources and schedule required for successful completion of new projects.
- Depending on profile, the successful candidate may be responsible for leading IC design projects, meeting technical specifications, deadlines and quality expectations.
- May provide technical consulting support to design team, marketing team and customers concerning Semiconductor/IC device/component design issues.
- May have regular contacts with customers.

EXPERIENCE:

- Electrical/Electronic Engineer with 5+ years demonstrated Analog transistor-level experience in the successful design of Analog ICs in CMOS with exposure to Analog Mixed Signal in a semiconductor company.
- Must possess expertise in transistor Analog IC technologies with a comprehensive understanding of the complete life cycle process (Cradle to grave) associated with IC products.
- Hands-on experience in the design and test of DC-DC Converters and/or MOSFET/IGBT drivers is a plus though not mandatory.
- Previous experience as Project Leader being in charge of all aspects of a project is a plus though not mandatory.
- Knowledge and ability to use the analog design tools environment (such as Eldo, Calibre, Tanner and Cadence)

- You are a self motivated professional able to work alone or as part of a multicultural team
- You are able to translate general instructions into detailed implementation and take your responsibilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
