This is an amazing opportunity for a for a Senior Statistical Compliance manager to be given the opportunity to lead a team of AML optimization statisticians and make a significant impact a global business practice. You will be leading a team of statisticians and data analysts to develop innovated and revolutionary methods to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Anti Money Laundering Detection, Monitoring and Operations systems and processes. This will be accomplished by applying statistical methods to organize, analyze, and interpret data. These actions will ensure appropriate methodologies are selected to answer specific business needs and provide supporting rationale to validate and defend all methods used. This individual will be a tenured statistician, 7+ years experience working in a large complex environment with an advanced degree in mathematics, statistics or related fields. This professional will have experience working in a highly matrix focused environment managing resource assignments, successfully implementing projects in the within a large financial institution and working across various business segments such as technology, compliance and other business lines.
