Senior Agile Tester

We are seeking a Senior Tester/Test Manager with Agile background and understanding. The role called Agile QA Test Lead and working in accordance with the SCRUM methodology.

Understanding and experience of BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) is important. Requirements and experience working with is important. To anticipate the implications of the requirements, what can go wrong and be able to communicate with developers and standards authority and communicate the consequences of individual claims is important.

Qualifications required
Experience in QA in the roles of the Agile QA Test Lead and great track record in testing.
Understand and experience BDD (Behaviour Driven Development).
Extensive experience in working with the requirement and its implications/consequences from a test perspective.
Experience in testing web, but also the Back End.
Experience with Agile development specifically SCRUM.
An eye for visual detail and wrong for the web, mobile applications, etc.
Analytical skills and a good team player.
Good communication skills and ability to express themselves in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Ability to take initiative and seek new opportunities.
Humility and a willingness to learn and teach.
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
