Role: Senior Agent (Telephony)

Location: Global Avenue, Leeds office
Salary: £19,000
Working pattern: Monday-Friday between 8.30-17.30, Saturday between 9.00-13.00
Flexibility: Flexi-Time, Job Share

 

As a Barclays Senior Agent (Telephony), you'll be a part of a team in an area of dynamic growth. As a Senior Agent (Telephony), your main responsibilities will involve:

* Undertaking a range of complex interactions with customers, third-parties and colleagues, to maximize customer-service

* Acting as a subject matter expert

* Providing excellent customer service in line with the strategy of our 'go-to' mortgage business

* Creating advocates for our mortgage services, from customers and third-parties

* Providing input to existing process, so they evolve and improve

 

As a Senior Agent (Telephony), your skills and qualifications will include:

* The ability to interact at an advanced level across multiple disciplines and interfaces

* Advanced numerical skills
