Senior Administrator (Static Data) - Sydney CBD - Permanent

Our client is a nationally well known financial services organisation based in the heart of the Sydney CBD that can offer a great working environment and other benefits on top of your salary. They are currently seeking an experienced administrator on permanent basis and join their friendly and hard-working team!

In this role, you will be responsible for the set-up of static data on HiPortfolio (ideally) and/or related systems. On a daily basis, you will be required to set-up the securities and ensure the static data is set-up correctly to ensure the trades are successfully processed without any issues or delays.

To be considered for this rolem you will require the following background and experience:

- Previous experience in a static data administrator type role
- Strong knowledge of HiPortfolio and/or related systems
- Security set-up experience is essential
- Strong understanding of various security types, ie; Fixed Interest, Equities, Swaps, Futures/Options.
- Great time-management skills and high level of attention to detail
