MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR ACTIVE DIRECTORY CONSULTANT FOR AN 11 MONTH CONTRACT BASED IN DUBLIN CITY CENTRE.
Overview:
Senior Windows/Active Directory Engineer must be a proven technical lead with extensive experience in design and execution in multi-site 2003/2008 domain services across a global infrastructure.
Must be able to demonstrate strong technical leadership and operate in a senior-level capacity in ongoing design, installation, configuration, and administration of a multi-site Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory infrastructure.
Primary responsibilities include
Active Directory design, configuration, monitoring, process documentation, and operational support including: provisioning, delegation, Group Policies, DNS, ADAM, ADFS 2.0, Identity Management and other AD related activities, and third party AD tools for auditing and reporting.
In addition, design and configuration of interoperability with Legacy and distributed environments will be necessary to enable future interoperability with the Active Directory
environment. Serves as a technical resource to server engineers, programmers, application teams and network engineers.
Experience/Qualifications
BSc. degree in Computer Science or other technical field, or equivalent.
In Depth experience in Active Directory design, management and support.
In Depth experience of DNS/DHCP/Group Policy Management & DFS
Experience working as part of a global team managing systems across a number of locations
Knowledge of TCP/IP, WINs, Routing, VPN, LAN/WAN
Proficiency in use of Scripting and utility tools.
Experience in complex, large-scale implementations and product rollouts
Experience in managing and supporting a Microsoft Exchange environment desirable
Desirable
While not required, we prefer candidates with as much of the following background as possible:
Experience working within Financial industry
Experience working with Microsoft Lync
Exposure to Office 365 implementations
