Senior Accountant Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to join our client in Downtown San Diego, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

- Be an integral part of the company's accounting function. You'll be responsible to roll up your sleeves and ensure accuracy in the numbers and timeliness of monthly reporting.
- Help explain the numbers with budget vs. actual variance analysis.
- Create efficiencies in our existing close process.
- Assist with international accounting close responsibilities including review of reporting packages received from local service providers, reconcile multi-currency inter-company transactions, and perform monthly foreign currency flux analysis.
- Keep an eye on Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Work closely with tax professionals for federal, state, and local tax return preparation.
- Support the company's external annual audit process.

Job Qualifications:

- BA/BS required.
- Four to seven (4 - 7) years of accounting/auditing experience.
- Must have strong auditing experience.
