Senior Accountant - Financial Services - Swindon

Senior Accountant who has strong commercial awareness and a background of working with operational teams required by leading financial services company.

In this new role you will work within the digital operations area and will help support a digital program, ensuring all financial benefits are underpinned and understood by the business area.

You will attend and participate in project meetings, will recognise where decisions will have a financial impact on operational cost base and resourcing and will ensure all stakeholders are fully engaged in the impacts. You will calculate and track project benefits and will be responsible for the design and updating of cost calculation spreadsheets. You will also build and manage relationships with the operational stakeholders and project managers.

This role would suit an accountant who has a strong commercial awareness and a background of working with operational teams. Financial services experience is not essential but you must have experience in a business partnering environment, demonstrating strong communication and influencing skills. You must also be able to analyse data and draw quick conclusions and will be highly proactive.

Based in Swindon this is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. If you are an Accountant with the necessary experience then apply NOW.
