Scope
To coordinate the provision of Financial Planning, Analysis and Controlling for Business Management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordination, preparation, analysis and reporting of Monthly Management Accounts for assigned Business Areas, delivered in timely and accurate manner to Central Controlling. Ensuring Monthly cost centre reviews are carried out with the relevant managers.
Management accounting data is analysed and reported to both UK management and Central Controllers, highlighting any business and financial risks and opportunities, providing key data to ensure business goals are achieved. Both strategic business plans and current forecasts are prepared and coordinated for assigned business areas, and that any SLA charges are transparent to all interested parties.
The Business is provided with a high level of financial support and analysis to ensure that financial consideration is given in all business decisions.
Business and Organisational change, ensuring that management accounting and reporting structures are designed and implemented in line with these requirements.
Delivery of Op Plans.
Central controlling initiatives and new information requirements are supported.
Ensuring that both existing and new systems implementations are supported and optimised to improve information management
Financial acumen and understanding is improved across all functional areas of the organisation.

Formal Education and Training
Professional/Academic.
Academic plus any additional education: Honours Degree or equivalent.

Other:
Professionally Qualified Accountant (Chartered).
Preferably ACCA, ACMA or ACA.
Minimum level of experience 5-10 years.

Experience
Detailed experience of Management Accounting and Financial Modelling.
Ability to coordinate and communicate within a complex business model.
Experience of supporting and analysing business decision making.
