POSITION: Senior Finance Manager

JOB TYPE: Contract

LOCATION: This role will be based in Swindon, Wiltshire

DURATION: 4 Months

RATE: Up to £450 per day

INTRODUCTION

Outsource UK are seeking a Senior Finance Manager for a contract role with one of our large financial sector clients we have been working with as a first tier supplier. This role is not your normal accounting role. It requires you to be constantly solution focused, you'll be the technical champion on projects and you'll play a key part to delivering our clients' year end results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Filtering technical accounting advice and making it applicable for the internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver on accounting policy framework which will define accounting policies and offering governance for technical accounting decisions.
- Main responsibility is delivering technical accounting advice to the business.

KEY SKILLS:

- THIS POSITION REQUIRED A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT (ACCA, CIMA, AND ACA) WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE GAINED FROM A SIMILAR ROLE.
- Must be a good Project Manager
- Have a good level of understanding around IFRS
- Previous experience of external STATUTORY REPORTING WITHIN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT.
