ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - PROMO MEDICAL EDUCATION AGENCY - NORTH NEW JERSEY

My client, a prominent and rapidly expanding promotional medical education agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their expanded department.

In this role, you would work as part of a senior lead under the direction of the Vice-President/Managing Director, Account Services. As Account lead, you would be responsible for the development and execution of marketing/medical communications programs from conceptual development through program delivery. You would be responsible for assuring that clients' expectations are met with respect to project quality and on-time delivery and for managing multi-faceted teams. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

* Bachelors degree - 5 years minimum related to pharmaceutical marketing, communications, or health education experience
* Entrepreneurial tenacity
* Ability to define and respond to client needs, working effectively under tight deadlines, and relationship oriented
* Significant project management experience
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with absolute commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated
