For our Technical Contract Recruitment division in Munich, we are currently seeking to hire:
a Senior Account Manager
Main tasks:
* sell the Harvey Nash Contract Recruitment portfolio to new and existing clients.
* continuous monitoring and analysis of the market to identify and attract new clients
* support strategic key accounts with the aim of acquiring new requisitions
* continual networking / relationship management with candidates and clients
* telephone-based sales approach
* planning, scheduling, preparation and execution of on-site customer presentations with the objective of needs assessment and analysis
* contract negotiations and closing

Desired skills:
* degree level qualification or comparative third-level education alternatively successful professional experience coupled with solid sales acumen
* 4 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in the Professional Services, Recruitment or BPO space
* fluency in English
* intermediate to advanced level of German
* Strong IT affinity
* compelling appearance, winning personality
* Strong self-motivation, ambition and resilience
