CRM Senior Account Manager, £pa, 6-9 months Maternity Contract, Warwickshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading agency based in Warwickshire. The primary responsibilities of the role will be to proactively plan, manage and co-ordinate the day to day implementation of the CRM plan and data Strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

Can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of data and is able to translate this through to working practices
Is able to create, plan and project manage work including gaining client sign off, briefing internal departments and measuring success
Is able to communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure delivery to brief, within budget and timescales
Work with the Business Director to actively look at ways to improve the service provision and develop the business
Full line manager responsibilities for the Account Executive including mentoring and career development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 6-9 month contract with a Leading Agency, working with a new world-class client.
